How can I pay for my cleaning service/s?

AllBright wants to leave our customer hassle free. We will give or email you an invoice once your job is completed. You may pay by cash, check or credit card directly to the crew if you desire. You can mail in a payment to: AllBright Home Services 4445 W. 77th St. Minneapolis, MN 55435

How much does it cost?

Every home and business is different. That is why we provide free estimates, so that there are no surprises. We know exactly what equipment is needed and how long the job will take to complete. We strive to provide you with the best service for the best value.

Do I need to be home when you are cleaning my windows?

Many of our clients trust us to care for their windows while they are busy at work. We would be happy to visit with you about what you would be most comfortable with. For exterior only window cleaning, there is no need to be home unless your screens have to be removed from the inside. It is possible for you to remove them prior to your appointment.

How long will my window cleaning last?

Unlike Windex and paper towels which can leave streaks, we use a powerful secret window cleaning solution, strip washers and squeegees to provide you with a sparkling, streak free shine! There is no paste or residue for dust, pollen and other particles to cling to. Your windows will remain sparkling clean for months to come!

Are you insured?

We are insured at the industry’s highest level and a certificate of insurance is available on request.

Do you clean window screens?

Yes! We clean all screens that are installed. The only exception is screen porches. If you would like your screen porch cleaned please specify that and we will include that in our quote.

What happens if it’s raining?

Your satisfaction is our number one priority! If it's simply sprinkling we will proceed as planned. We do this with confidence, knowing that rain is such a pure form of water as long as the debris is removed from your windows, they will remain sparkling clean even after the sprinkles. Otherwise, if the cleaning scheduled included interior we will complete the cleaning of interior windows and screens. We will return to complete your exterior window cleaning within the week.
